Meet the SoleNatural Team
Founder, Vikki klingenberg
Vikki Klingenberg is a Health Coach and Footzone Practitioner born and raised in Parma, Ohio, started playing ice hockey at a young age and ate a typical standard American diet. As her love for the game grew so did her desire to become leaner, stronger and faster.
Vikki didn’t understand nutrition and how it affects the body. With a lack of nutritional knowledge, Vikki battled an eating disorder during her teenage years as she worked to become a leaner stronger athlete. She spent many hours on the ice and in the gym in hopes of being recruited to an Ivy League school or earning a position on Team USA Women’s Hockey Team. Her dreams were shattered when, at 17, she tore her ACL during a serious skiing
accident. Although, Vikki was able to rehabilitate her knee in time to play during her senior year of high school, she would not go on to play college hockey. With her ability to play college ice hockey gone, Vikki enrolled in college at Kent State University and later earned a Bachelor of Science Degree.
Marine Corps
While at Kent State, Vikki enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and ultimately served 12 years as a heavy equipment mechanic. She was honorably discharged as a Staff Sergeant. During a deployment for Operation Iraqi Freedom, she met her ex-husband and later had two children. While in the Marine Corps, Vikki experienced the highs and lows of the military life, moving around, making life-long friends and losing others to war, depression, and suicide.
Upon completion of her deployment, Vikki moved to Northern California and started working as a Deputy Sheriff for 19 years. Vikki believed in family and the commitment of marriage and stayed in a verbally and emotionally abusive marriage for 9 years until she gained the strength to leave.
Once on her own, she found herself stressed as she juggled life as a working single mom. With no immediate family in the state, Vikki relied on a few close friends to help in times of need. Vikki’s health declined and she was diagnosed with situational depression. Her diet consisted of coffee, salads and cigarettes. After contemplating suicide, she decided she did not want to leave her children alone and decided to get healthy, healing her wounds no matter the obstacle. As she struggled through her healing process, she gave what little energy she had to her kids and career. Vikki was determined to heal and focused on better nutrition, talk therapy, support groups, physical fitness, reading and her faith.
Introduction to Natural Health
Vikki had constant mental fog and started to gain weight uncontrollably. After reading a friend’s FaceBook post about FootZoning, Vikki researched it, and scheduled an appointment with Amber Bodily. After several FootZone treatments with Amber, she learned how to heal her body naturally. Within months of implementing FootZone treatments and a plant-based diet, Vikki saw incredible improvements in her health and emotional well-being. FootZoning, wholesome nutrition and physical activity helped Vikki to heal from her past, giving her hope for a bright future. Vikki’s journey has inspired her to learn about holistic health and to help others live their best lives, naturally.
In November 2019, Vikki graduated from the Nordblom American Institute of Footzonology as a certified FootZone Practitioner. Vikki has since helped hundreds of clients regain their health naturally.
In November 2020, Vikki graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a certified Health Coach, earned her certification in coaching clients in Emotional Eating and Hormonal Imbalance. FootZone Practitioner, Tracy Drozd
FootZone Practitioner, Tracy Drozd was born in Ohio and moved to Connecticut in 2001 to help her husband care for his ailing mother. She watched her mother-in-law ignore medical advice to change her diet, to her detriment. Tracy treated her adult children with Western medicine and medication when they were younger, with no knowledge of the miracle of healthier choices and natural remedies. Her family ate the Standard American Diet full of processed foods, not knowing the horrible consequences these foods had on their health.
In 2020, the pandemic changed everyone’s daily life and Tracy decided she could no longer be a medical biller. She always loved hearing/learning how they used to cure things in the “old” days from her mom, mother-in-law and grandmother. It always made her think why are we using pharmaceuticals when we could use plants or oil instead.
About this time, her younger sister, Vikki, introduced Tracy to FootZoning but there were no practitioners in New England. In her words: “I was amazed with how I felt after my first session. My back pain lessened and my sleep was amazing. It made me think of how Footzoning could help my family and friends.”
Tracy studied under Amber Bodily and became a certified FootZone practitioner through the Norblom American Institute of FootZonology, and currently serves on the board of American FootZonology Practitioner Association. Tracy believes we are all human and make mistakes, but it is up to you to make your life and world better. It brings me joy to be able to help and educate others with their health through FootZoning.
